Nauti Village -One of the most important nearby places from Karnaprayag is Nauti village. The village is just 24 km away from Karnaprayag. The place is gifted with mind-blowing scenic beauty. Adi Badri Temple -The nearest place to visit from Karnaprayag is the Adi Badri temple. This temple is one of the famous Panch Badri temples in Uttarakhand. This place contains 16 small and big temples and in the middle of them, there is a temple of Lord Vishnu. During the winter season when the weather of Badrinath becomes unfavorable, lord Vishnu is being worshipped here at Adi Badri temple. Therefore, you must keep this site in your Karnaprayag tour itinerary. Adi Badri is located about 21 kilometers away from Karna Prayag. It will take around half an hour to reach there by car.

How to Reach

The distance of Karnaprayag from Haridwar is 196 kilometers. It would take around 7 hours of driving to reach there. Karnaprayag is on the way to Badrinath. You will reach there via Devprayag, Srinagar, and Rudraprayag.

  • By Flight: Come and fly up to Delhi and then take a car towards Haridwar or Rishikesh. From Haridwar, you can reach Karanprayag in 7 hours.
  • By Train: You can reach Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun by train and then start your trip to Karanprayag.
  • By Road: Wherever you are starting from, first come to Haridwar, and then the route is the same as the others.
