Itinerary

Day 01: Haridwar – Govindghat (290kms/ 8-9 Hrs.)

Morning meet our driver at Haridwar Railway Station/Airport/Hotel/Home & transfer to Govindghat via Devprayag & Rudraprayag and Joshimath. Enroute visit Devprayag where meet Alaknanda and Bhagirathi river, Also Visit Rudraprayag where meet Alaknanda and Mandakini River. On Arrival, Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel in Govind Ghat!

Day 02: Govind Ghat – Ghangharia- Valley of Flowers – Ghangharia (290kms/ 8-9 Hrs.)

In the early morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel as per the schedule of helicopter for Ghangaria. The helipad is arround 500 meters from the hotel. Board the Helicopter for flying, arrive Ghangharia (Altitude-10000 Feet). Check-out from the helipad and get the entry pass to enter in Valley of flowers. Start the trek or hire pony as per the convenience. cross the old bridge on Pushpawati river & start your trek to witness the unmatched beauty of the valley. The trek is full of natural flora & fauna. After trekking for 2 Kms approx. will enter the U-shape valley. Further 1 Kms of mild trek will open the gateway to a self-sustained unique world of Flowers (more than 500 species of flowers). After few hours exploring the Valley of Flowers for various shrubs, flowers, herbs, birds and wildlife then return down to Ghangharia before 4 PM. Dinner & overnight stay at Ghangharia!

Day 03: Ghangharia - Govindghat - Badrinath - Mana Village - Govind Ghat

In the early morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel as per the schedule of helicopter for Govindghat Helipad then take the vehicle for Badrinath Dham, Mana Village (First village at the boarder). Later back to the hotel at Govind Ghat for Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel!

Day 04: Govindghat – Haridwar (290kms/ 8-9 Hrs.)

In the early morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel & transfer to Haridwar. On arrival, drop at Haridwar Rly Station for onward journey!

A. Valley of the Flower welcomes visitor at 7am in morning and they are requested not to enter the place after 2pm in afternoon as well. Make sure you are out of the valley by five o’clock. Therefore, arrive to 6.45 on the entrance gate for pre-take an entry ticket on 7 AM. You need to begin at 1.30 pm in order to reach 5.00pm.
A. Surrounding places are Shree Hemkund Sahib, Sri Badranath Ji, Auli, Tapovan, Mana Village and so on!!
A. Yes, as per order of Government issued on 16th March 2017 only 300 visitors Valleys will be allowed in a day. During the season in 2021 approx. 18000 visited the valley of flowers. Last year, some 1000 foreign tourists passed through the Valley as well.
A. For trekking to the Valley of Flowers one has to train every day to be able to finish the expedition. While trekking to the Valley of Flowers, do not carry heavy luggage.
A. However, valley opens only in June, and to taste the greatest number of different kinds of blooms people have to come in times of rains. It is advisable to visit the valley during July and August.
A. Valley of flowers opens on the first day of each year that is 1st June, and they close its doors on the 4th of October. However, it is at the discretion of the forest department, and Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, for any further action, i.e., the government of India.
