What is the best time to visit Kangra? If you want to visit Kangra in Himachal Pradesh, you can make a tour plan from January to June, and from September to December. July and August are the rainy season in Kangra and it might rain heavily. Temperatures in the winter season are between 7 degrees to 20 degrees Celsius.
