Jaundhar Glacier (15 kms roundtrip): The path of Jaundhar Glacier continues down the valley and continues towards the peak on the left. If the weather is good then you can visit Jaundhar Glacier situated at an altitude of 3,700 meters above sea level. Jaundhar Glacier is one of the least visited glaciers of India.
Maninda Tal (6 kms roundtrip): To reach Maninda Tal you have to walk back towards the bridge before FRH and climb on the left side of the valley. For a stretch, the trail is thin and can only occupy one person at a time, so make sure you walk in line and try not to overtake. After traveling for one kilometer, the route opens up to a wide valley. This valley leads to the Borasu Pass (an arduous trek) which serves as the gateway to Himachal. After crossing a few glaciers and gradually ascending to the height you will reach Maninda Tal where a huge rock is stopping a glacial stream forming a lake with crystal clear water. Spend some time in this mysterious valley and start trekking back towards Har Ki Doon before the weather turns bad.
