Ayodhya Ram Mandir: History
The Ram Temple, one of the largest temples built in the country after independence, is said to be a blend of modern facilities and traditional Indian traditions. Shrine Yatra provides you about the magnificent structure that will alter the panorama of Ayodhya as we know it.
Between 1528 and 1529, Mughal Emperor Babur built the Babri Masjid. On the other hand, Hindus also claimed ownership of the location, stating that it was Lord Ram's birthplace. After then, the location became contested, and a protracted legal conflict started. On November 9, 2019, the Supreme Court declared the 2.77 acres of contested land to be the birthplace of Lord Ram, resolving the title issue and opening the door for the Ram Mandir's construction.
