Teen Dham Yatra - Itinerary
Day 01 : Haridwar – Uttarkashi (170 km/6-7 hrs approx).
On Arrival at Haridwar, Meet our driver and transfer to Uttarkashi. On arrival check-in at hotel. Evening visit to Vishwanath Temple, Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi etc. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 km/3 hrs approx one side).
In the Morning, After breakfast transfer to Gangotri Ji darshan (Hight 3048 mts), enroute visit picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri temple Darshan come back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.
Day 03 : Uttarkashi – Guptakashi (190 km/7-8 hrs approx).
Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Day 04: Guptkashi - Kedarnath - Guptkashi (30kms by road & 18kms Trek one way) Height: 3384 MTS.
Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath (by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost). Visit Kedarnath Temple. After temple Darshan trek down to Gaurikund. Later, drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Day 05: Guptkashi - Joshimath/Badrinath (150kms/6 Hrs. Approx) Height: 3133 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.
Day 06: Badrinath/Joshimath - Rudraprayag (160kms/7 Hrs.) Height: 895 MTS.
Morning after breakfast, driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.
Day 07: Rudraprayag - Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr).
Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of " Hrishikesh " and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Later visit Rishikesh Temples Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla. Drop at Haridwar.

A. You can catch a flight to Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun from any city in India. From Dehradun, you can drive to Char Dham places. You can reach Dehradun or Haridwar via railways from most cities of India. Highways are best if you are traveling by road to Dehradun or Haridwar. Both Dehradun and Haridwar are the starting points for Char Dham Yatra.
A. There are different costs according to the package. If you book the Chardham Yatra by Road Ex-Haridwar then starting cost is 28500 per person and from Delhi 32500 per person.
A. The best season to go on a Char Dham Yatra is from April to June. Days are pleasant and nights are cold. Take sweaters and jackets for keeping you warm. The monsoon and winter seasons are not good for the Char Dham Yatra tour.
A. Yes. You should be fit and healthy for Char Dham Yatra. Char Dham is in the mountainous Himalayan region and the terrain is rocky and steep. Exercise regularly months before you start on your Char Dham Yatra.
